Personal:
I've been married for 30 years, and we've two grown children and two dogs. I'm a homebody in that I'm happiest spending my days designing, rehabbing, decorating, photographing and talking about homes. When we entertain, I spend as much time preparing the table as I do the food. Luckily, I've a few delicious recipes that bring folks back. We renovated a dilapidated 300-year-old farm in Massachusetts 25 years ago that has been the location for national photo shoots and where our family grew up. In 2008, I designed and oversaw the building of our New Hampshire house which recently became our full-time residence. It's a house at the end of a dirt road with 360 degree views and lots of glass. Thankfully, our family loves this house, too. We entertain frequently - from small dinners to large parties and fundraisers. Read and walk every day and play racket sports several times a week. Surprisingly, this is an exciting period in our lives. With our children grown and pursuing new careers, we're free to take on challenging projects. Or, just sit and smell the flowers.
